  • Do I need to know what IV infusion or vitamin injection I want before booking?

    No, you can simply book any type of infusion, and when you arrive you and the nurse can discuss the different options and select the one that best fits your needs.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us a call as soon as possible. Your consideration allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot.


    Please note that clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged a fee equivalent to 20% of the scheduled service.

  • Are vitamin infusions and injections safe to do if pregnant?

    Infusions and injections during pregnancy may be safe, but there isn't enough data to conclusively determine their safety. Therefore, we do not recommend them. It's always best to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice and guidance.
