Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and as a courtesy to our clients, we allow for one grace late cancellation per client without a charge, which is noted in your client consent. Please understand that our service providers do not get paid if there is a cancellation and we ask that you respect our time as much as we respect yours.

At this time, we do not require a credit card for booking for the convenience of our clients, however our booking system sends text/email reminders of your upcoming appointment.  Rescheduling an appointment can be done online up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If the time has passed, kindly reach out to the spa at 774-296-1138 for assistance. Should you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $50 may apply. In the event of a no-show, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
